JerkmateTop respects copyright and responds to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
What we host
JerkmateTop does not host videos or explicit content. Model photos and live previews shown on this site are supplied by our affiliate partner’s official feeds and are loaded from their servers. We remove or block any item on request when a valid notice is received.
How to send a takedown notice
Send your notice through our contact page with the subject “DMCA”. Please include:
- Your name and contact details, and your electronic or physical signature.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on jerkmatetop.com/ where the material appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
What happens next
We review each notice and, where it is valid, remove or disable the material promptly and let you know. If the material is served by a third-party platform (for example a performer’s photo or a live stream), we also stop displaying it here and may refer you to that platform so it can be removed at the source.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice through the same contact page with the details listed above.
